Unluck software was kind enough to downgrade this to Unity 3.5 just because we asked. I do not think this is an easy task to do, so we were very amazed at this service level. Also, the product just looks amazing. 🙂

Amazing Quality
First off, thank you for this amazing asset. I needed a room for a VR experience, and this will work great.
Before I purchased this asset, I was unsure if it would work for VR because there was no documentation about materials, polygon counts or draw calls. For an average view of the scene, I get about 120MB GPU ram, 50k triangles, and 100 draw calls. So I got lucky, this scene fits perfectly into my GPU budget.
In case someone else also wants to use this for VR, here are the changes that I made to make this asset fully VR-ready:
The area lights have shadows turned off, which causes problems with the Progressive lightmappers.　2. I removed all parallax from the materials.　3. I changed all lights to baked and all emissive materials to GI baked.　4. I reduced all materials with Smoothness > 0.8 to 0.8 to reduce aliasing on the speculars.　5. I generated additional reflection probes for the large reflective glass windows.　6. I replaced the mirror in the living room with a matte poster. Real-time reflections were too slow, and the reflection probes don’t work well for such a long flat surface.　7. I made the wooden floor a lot less smooth. The large reflections seemed odd in VR.　8. I massively reduced the resolution of all reflection probes from 2048 to 128 to save GPU memory, and because the detailed reflections seemed unnatural to me.
